Returns & Refunds

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalised products (unless faulty or damaged on arrival).

Returns accepted for:

  • Non-custom items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed once the item is returned and inspected.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
    We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
